ABOUT US

WE BUY MINERALS AND ROYALTIES. NOTHING TOO BIG-NOTHING TOO SMALL.

Monroe Mineral Corporation is a southwest based company, who for the last 25 years has been active in buying minerals & royalties in oil & gas plays throughout North America. We are a fully funded company who prides itself in being able to quickly assess your interest and then able to deliver timely & complete funding, should you decide to do business with us.

As in all oil & gas plays, there is an element of uncertainty as fields are developed. Some fields will be proven better than others. If you are an individual or entity who would like to hedge your risks in the Haynesville Shale play, consider contacting us regarding the selling of any portion of your minerals & royalties. Perhaps, you desire to "cash out" and receive a lump sum payment now?

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
