The XTO Cougar unit is in the cc tutt abstract 726 with the pad being prepared on cr 1090/

I think the roadrunner has completed drilling but I do not know the next steps. There is a large Christmas tree so i assume it is high pressure.

Feel free to give me a call if you want to compare notes - 512-680-3107. This website has been a Godsend for me and my family as we were in a similar situation as you - inherited minerals that we knew nothing about and were about to sign a standard release. I am still currently in negotiations about our minerals in Shelby, Co - but I have learned a lot in the past month and have been able to get many terms re-nogotiated for the better so far and still working the process.
