The minerals I have are just East of Dotson; off 1971; we (myself and few other owners under the acreage) have about 478 acres unleased at this time in that area. We are in the Moorman; English; Taylor surveys) Be nice if our acreages join us to make a better deal for an operator but I think you are further east. I got contact few weeks ago from Charles Green working with Capston looking to lease but have not heard back. Any idea what terms may be talked about now? Do not have much time to work on it.
