Rebecca. I have been in the land business 18 months. I added mineral options to my services last spring at the request of several clients who owned large land/mineral estates. The bulk of my business is leasing, title and production research.

Rebecca. One of the services I provide is the valuation of mineral estates and purchase options for minerals and royalty. There is no charge to the mineral owner. I do not "flip" or "bid out" my options. I place my options with a network of investors and receive a modest commission paid by them. The mineral owner and I both benefit from my obtaining the best purchase offer. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
