He showed up, Larry Schafer of Petromax was very nice and we enjoyed talking to him, but he is in marketing and can not make any deals he just meets and passes on the info to the co. so I know nothing at this time, and looks like I will be several weeks before I know if Petromax is even interested. Larry is a great guy and we took him to the Mud races he used up all of his camera card space and I think he is now a Mud racing fan. Before I even left the track I had a message on my cell from him thanking me for the fun time.

If it is a good producing well that's good news. We should be hearing something in the next few weeks with all of the Kisatchie lands going up for bids tomorrow.
There's a land owner just south of Ringgold that has 40 acres, he has several wells on the land with 2 being fraced now and has 4 more areas that has been serveyed and waiting for pads to be built, all of these wells are Cotton Valley and they are good producers, he's making money hand over fists.

I'm sure it is a Cotton Valley well, most of the well being drilled in this area are.

It's off Webster Parish rd. 265, they had a gate up and no location sign.

That's the first that I've heard of it. I'm going to go look for it
