I see that you have already started your first Discussion and it seems to be a topic that many landowners are interested in. I sure wish that I knew some of the answers that you need. KB is a member that may be able to help you with the statute requirements, but if no one answers, I will bump it up to the top of the Main Page tomorrow so that others can have a chance to read it. I have some family members that are unleased and will benefit from the results of your Discussion.
