The only contact we have had was from Red River Land Services by mail back in April. They offered us 1500.00 an acre and 1/5th royalty. Thank goodness we did not accept the offer. Back then we knew nothing about the shale. I have been doing all the research and contacting myself. I have not heard of anyone leasing in our section {17} thus far.
