The Petrohawk Unit for Section 3 - 12N -13W has no well permitted at this time.  The granting of a drilling unit order by the state carries no time requirement to drill any well.  As there are no currently producing wells in the section, the lease or leases that are closest to their expiration date will likely determine when Petrohawk will have to drill.
