Mr. Lynn, I am a Landman in Ruston, and I need to talk to you about getting a lease on some land you own with your brother in Claiborne Parish, LA. My phone number is 601-720-3226. My name is Edward Jaubert. I cannot find a number for you or your brother, so please give me a call. My email is ej.contracts@yahoo.com

Well on Louis Hurst Estate and P&A. along with Chuck's. Chuck's well had a lot of sour gas as did the Mitcham well in Sec.35. Cost to filter the H2S is presenting problem producing the Mitcham well as sweetner will cost $700000-900000) along with low gas prices. Still talk of well in Sec 24 in Claiborne Parish, which is right behind your place.

If a well is being put on Woodchuck's land, why would he be unhappy? The O and G folks can't come in and drill a hole without your permission and some kind of compensation....maybe he forgot the "no drill" clause.
That puts a well to the north and a well to the east , so eventually the twain might meet. Both those wells are in Union Parish, but pushing the line pretty hard. Here's hoping that the old mayhaw orchard turns into
three or four producing wells for you.

Art never did talk to Bill but. I guess his well is going to production...They are putting in a pipeline..All I know about that. Greystone is drilling north of alt 2 on David Lowery's land. I am not in that section, so I do not know much about that either except David was not really happy to have the well on his land. He does such a good job of taking care of his pine trees.

William, I have lost your phone number. I need a crash course in some of this. Say "hello" to Gloria.

I am 700 miles away from NWLA and I know what I need and could not get that is why I have spent countless hours drawing the maps and trying to organize. I am tired now and need to focus on my law practice. I am withdrawing from this site for a while.

I am glad I could help. I wish you would put your region behind your name so people can form groups.

I foresee needing to form close bonds when the o/g companies start leasing in our respective areas. That is when we will need friends in state particularly we out of staters.

Thanks again,

I am going to spend my time research contracts, to heck with maps.
