At 8:07 on August 5, 2008, Two Dogs, Pirate said…: They will have to get a lease from the state for the river but they want do it a section at a time. The state lease may have already been granted. I have taken state leases before, they go out for bids so all the major players will know and place their bids. You are in a good position with the location of your land.
