Hello student, The situation seems to have changed in the last few months quite a bit. With a large tract you should have some better bargaining position but the bonus payments seem to be running lower this year than they were late last year when they were $5-6-7,000 an ac. If you have a few hundred ac. it might be worth it to just hold out and see what they will do. What is the highest they went to, if you don't mind me asking?
