How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since vital to disclose it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(abrahamakim@outlook.com ) for the full details.
Have a wonderful day

Thanks God bless.

What company or land man offered you the $1500 per acre?

If there are no dollar amounts on the contract, do not sign. Also, the difference between the first 3 year amount and 2 year extension should be the same. If not, I wouldn't sign.

Who offered the 1500 an acre?

winnie, the bonus paid whatever the amount never appears on a lease form.  It will be stated on the cover letter you get with the lease.  Do not execute the lease until you have the check.  The extension bonus, in your case $250, should appear on the lease however it is usually not in the body of the lease it is contained in the Exhibit A page or pages in a separate paragraph that defines how the lease may be extended beyond the 3 year primary term.  I'm not an accountant so I don't comment on how payment affects anything else.  The bonus will be taxed as "regular" income.
