Wondering of Possible Well Site in Section 10, Township 16N, Range 14W

Does anyone know if a well may be going in on Kingston Road, Shreveport, in Section 10, Township 16N, Range 14W. There is 10 acres that is wooded on KIngston and I saw some men (possibly surveyors) spraying the front of this 10 acres the other day. Just wondering if anyone knew of what was going on.
