New Gas Pipeline Shreveport to Lake Charles

I just heard that there were talks of a new gas pipeline going from Shreveport to Lake Charles. I was informed Shell was behind it. Has anyone heard of this project? Does anyone know the exact route? Where is it going in L.C.?

Regency Energy Partners formed a joint venture with G.E. Capitol to lay a line form Bossier Parish to Franklin Parrish and is expected to be in service by years end. ( 121 miles total)
Addtionally, Energy Transfer will lay 180 miles of 42" from Carthage, Tx. to Delhi, La. late next year.
Another comany is looking at possibly laying a 300 mile line from Cathage, Tx. to Washington Parrish in S.E. Louisiana. This line, i it goes, will be installed in 2012 Hope this helps some.
