In 2,11N,16W there are several wells........Plugged and Abandoned and Permit Expired. Have the previous developers relinquished their rights? Even if they haven't, are rights renegotiable? Depths are between 8900' and 1950'. They are holes in the ground which, in my green way of thinking, is that they only have to go deeper to the Haynesville if that were plausible. Anyone offering me a glimmer of hope?

Soooooooo, out there........have the previous devopers lost their rights on the Expired or P/A wells?

There are 9 status 10 wells in that section 8 of them are Hosston wells. The whole section is probably HBP to China. I doubt any of these wells were designed to go deeper and produce the Haynesville in a horizontal completion.
