I confess. Last spring I didn't have a clue what "shale gas" was... Now, well, I know a lot more than I did then, thanks to this site and the people who share so freely both their time and knowlege. I appreciate all of you.
Actually, all I wanted to know in the beginning was why folks were suddenly trying to buy my land and minerals (E. Tx. 100 miles from S'port). Now I'm a shale junkie. First thing I look at in the morning and I can't sleep at night unless I check in to see what's happened today. Thanks alot, Keith!

I have had a great year. (except for my baaadddd joke) it was funny. There have been alot worse said on this site than my bad joke. Still stings a bit. They did put in a garden and left the rose garden. LOL. Congrats.

Free verse ... like the site & its members. LOL Hmmm, maybe we need a GHS art show, both visual & literary (MAYBE the dramatic arts, depends who applies. ). Get some of those core samples, some of the photography, some of the writings ....

Hopefully more of the same. This roller coaster ride wouldn't be near as much fun with out all of the GHS friends and even the occasional dust ups.
