I have mineral rights in DeSoto Parish in Sections 32 and 33,
13N, 15W.

I was offered a $500 bonus for each acre and 25% royalty.

Is this considered a good offer?

Under current market conditions, the $25,000/acre stuff is gone...long gone and may not return for some time, years. If $500 is unacceptable, then expect to wait a while. You can probably squeeze a few hundred more out of 'em but we have a number of companies who went 'on the ropes' financially from July's peak gas prices to the present time.
