Interesting that the states who think the Fed can do a better job of regulating fraccing than the states also happen to have little to no produciton (except KS).

Thanks 'ur dern tootin'.... yeah, from alot of what I'd been reading, it sounded like many of the drilling rigs just pour what ever came out of the hole on the surface.... then just let it soak into the aquifer... really made me wonder about my "Great Grand dad's and Grandpa's Texas" for a little while... thank you for the input! ><(((((* >

bill R, it may be a "fact" that some of your fellow shalers said the state is doing nothing, but it is NOT a fact that this is true. Big difference!

Kind of bad on my part, but I based my favoring fed regulation on the fact that many of my fellow Shalers on here said the 'State' isn't doing anything and the 'drilling companies' are just pouring all the _____ out on the ground from the fracting and allowing polluting of the aquifers and subsequent drinking water without punishment for infractions. If I did miss understand what was being said, then I apologize.

The results of this nationwide poll are AMAZING! Not only did state authority prevail nationwide, but it prevailed overwhelmingly. Louisiana's 84% approval of state authority might even be considered "low" when looking at some of the other states' results.

No matter what Joe Citizen thinks, the TENTH AMENDMENT to the Constitution of the United States of America specifically delineates the States' powers...over this...and MUCH more.
Secession is made of such matters. ...

...THE 2nd Republic of Texas will show this...in extremis.--again.

FUTTHA'MORE Engineering Science, Physics, and Natural Laws do NOT depend upon
what Joe (Six-) or his Congressman THINKS is Reality.
