yes i agree.. thats want we said too.... Why would they start at $5000.00....... they are buying up alot in our area 103 and 1751 and 705........ yes is it is worth more... we are trying to find a good oil and gas lawyer. the man told me if and when we sign that they would cut us a check for 25000.00 dollars and we have to give them 45 days to search title...... after that and if we have all minerals rights then they would gives us the rest.. and if we don't have the minerals then we still get to keep the $25000.00, so see if they are willing lto burn that much money and take a chance .. it is something they are wanting very badly.... WORTH MORE!!!!!! also he told me that after the three years on contract that if they were not through and needed to go 2 more years that we would get what ever they paid the first go around.....so say if we sign at $5000.00 and acrea they would give it to us for the other two years...

jc .. i have a friend works for one of the oild companys... i keep in touch with here and she lets me know what oil companys are offering each week....... she is the one that said that they would be going up... in the next couple of weeks.. so yes were are still in the game with ya;lll.. i think if all of us stick together that we have a good chance to get lots more.... here is .. Jc, went down to Encana today,,, they want to lease our land..... $5000.00 with one fourth royalities and a three contract ... i told them about ya'll did not give names but they want to talk!!!! tall are also on the area they want...

Eagle oil is Terri Bailey from center tx... we heard that the people down by our cow paster had sign with them... we figure his plans are to lease them out to other oil company for a larger amount.. lord thank god we did not sign then........ i will be checking around here today to see if there are anymore news. so far Encana as been the one giving the most for leasing....

Good Morning! This morning we are carrying our abstract # to Encan so they can send it to their people just to see if we are in their area... We are still holding because like i say i bet its going up... This way we can see if they are buying up in our area...... Do you know if there are anymore our way that has not sign up with anyone...

JC, Hello! hope thing are going well for you...... Well went to court house today, and talk with a friend of mine thats works for a oil company.. she is saying that in shelby county some of the leasing is up to $7500.00 per acres....... also that she figures that the price will be getting much higher.... she said she would not be surprise if it gets to 10000.00 in a couple of weeks...... So she said to just sit on it for right now.. We called Ecana and for right now on the table is 5000.00 with 25% royalities. all we need to do is give them the abstract # and survey and our names so that they can send it to their geoligist and within two weeks we would here from them... they then would tell us if it was in their area of interest........ then we would go to the table of negotations ...... when we decideto sign , who ever that should be we are going to have a gas and oil lawyer too look at it... so here we are again at the same place of the waiting game.... so if you know anyone in our area we all need to stick together....... have a good day!! yes jc i belive so..... just about all the people around our pasture has sign.. not us..... so you say your land is on both sides... see where i am getting to the more people we can get in our area the better.. means more land.. so how much land is there...
