Troy got taken bad in 2006. he signed for 50.00 ac +1/6 royalty and minimum production to keep it active is $1.00 per year and we have a $4.00 per year producing well in our section. i pray they cap it or turn it to a salt water disposal well or it dries up or a sinkwhole swallows it between now and 2009.
if i can't make anything off of it i am making it my mission that everybody i know does! if haynesville is 8 times bigger than barnette shake and they r paying ftworth 27,500.00 and 30% do the math and see what yours is worth.
