"“REDUCE PRICING [DRILLING] NOW,” so much for free markets.  Russian collusion or just plain stupidity???  With Trump’s approach to foreign and free markets, 3-5 year timelines get disrupted and goals change!!!"

"Skip, thanks for the update.  After following the Tuscaloosa Trend since the mid- to late-70’s, I understand that there is very little information sharing between companies, much less with landowners, with or without the appropriate lease…"

"Skip, a play on “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD.”  I know well watching is fun, but it can produce a lot of stress and anxiety.  Maybe as part of all lease agreements, operators should be required to publish this…"

Leasing in Pointe Coupee that I know of is for (a) Austin Chalk and (b) Tuscaloosa Trend, but not Tuscaloosa Marine Shale (or TMS).  TMS is probably found across the upper part of Pointe Coupee.  But then who knows just what the leasing company intends?  They may say one thing and be thinking of something altogether different, they play their cards close to the chest.
