we have three tracts scattered in the following:
T7N-R7W
T7N-R6W
T6N-R5W
Very paranoid bc of scam artists and horrible stories of manipulation. Any others out there had offers? TY

T7N-R6W ans T6N-R6W that means we are neighbors. I know of about 1500 to possibly 2500 acres in this area. We need to organize a group I hope pretty soon!

Ellesuu, there is a meeting next Tuesday at the Cypress Baptist Church at 6:30p.m. Look under the events section. Others from your area will be there. We would like for you to come.

That's exciting even if it's not a huge offer. At least someone has some interest. Husband's family property is in T8R9 and he hasn't had any offers.

We are very interested, but are very skeptical. We were told that company couldn't promise how long offer would be there. It is a first come first serve basis until reserve was spent. Does this sound real? Do they have a set amount specified for a certain area?

When did you get the offer? This sounds like the offer that ENCANA has made in the fringe areas near Powhatan.

No offers either yet. We are in T8N-R6W. We are very interested and think a meeting should be talked about probably at a community church hall or something. Anything East of Hwy 1 is area N4. Place this behind your name so your neighbors can identify and hopefully converse.

Bernie, i'm in N3 ( 12N 6W) and if you get a group together please let me know. I'm from out of state but if it is ever on the weekend i'm up for it ( coming from atlanta)

We would love to organize a meeting but my husband works for one of the players and it would be a conflict so we stay domicile. But, if a meeting is planned we would be there. The Police Jury is to seek public bids October 8th on 1,886 acres (Natch Times 07 30 08). This is anywhere from T11N down to T8N-R8W, one township from us. Robert Anderson says he has 2,500 acres near I-49 South of Natchitoches. JRC Farms said he can group 2,500 acres in T7N,T6N-R6W. We know of 1,200 acres or more in T8N-R6W. I know of a Church Hall we could rent at Melrose. With this 8,000+ acres the companies will look at us more seriously.
