They also want sigs, and SS numbers

I heard others on Palmetto in South Shreveport got seismic letters today. Can you mark out your personal info on the letter and scan a copy to attach here? I would like opinions on it too. What I heard was 2 years lease with ingress and egress, and there was mention of minerals too, if I remember correctly. Maybe someone that understands the legal language can explain. Thanks.
My parents are in T16n, R11w, Sect. 10 in So. Hills near Forest Hills Elem. They also got that letter today for seismic testing. I'm looking for info & input to pass on to them, too. They're in their 70's and are very cautious about all this.
Yes, $25 is about right for seismic test. That is not a lease. It's only giving a company permission to run a line across your property for a little while to get data to see if they think minerals are down in the earth. If they can't test to see if something is there then they will never come with an offer to lease.

It is really not that big a deal. Just google it. I would try to avoid giving my social security number though.
