I was refering to activity.
Comstock has said 3 rigs going forward with completions avg. 43 days. i'm not real sure what other company's are planing fot 8-n, 13-w. Devon, Cheasapeake, Petrohawk are leasing also.
QUESTION? Any one leased for 6k-$6500.00 in t-8 13-w....is comstock matching cheasapeake offers? Would appreciate every one weighing in.

Reports of bonus offer amounts that do not include a modicum of basic detail regarding the mineral tract can be misleading. Everyone would desire the highest offer posted here regardless of whether the specifics of their mineral holdings are similar. I always council placing a priority on beneficial lease clauses and a minimum 25% royalty before moving on to bonus negotiations. And when a mineral owner gets to that point, it is a good idea to have done your homework. And I don't mean quoting posts on GHS. LOL!
