This one is extremely interesting from where we sit as it is spitting distance from our family's own unleased minerals in the adjacent abstract. Hope they bring in another monster like the recent Kardell well in San Augustine, Co.
We are also interested. It is approximately three miles from our property.

Have you been approached to lease? Can you share info on the best offer you got?
It is already under lease. However, the lease expires soon. Do you have any offers?
My family's property is adjacent to Ann Gray( J. Johnson) also. Landman for Devon came about 2 weeks ago.
Hello,
Our property is JB Tutt A-725 (also in "spitting distance" from this well).
This Is the Lowrance property.
Please contact me as we have not been approached with leasing offers.
Thank you,

My wife has some family that is on the opposite side of the road from this well. I cant get the plat to pull up. I know the horizontal part of the well goes north along the east side of the road and doesn't cross the road but can anyone tell me if the unit will include any property on the west side of the road. They had already leased to devon for 5k a while back.
GF, does this help?

thanks les B that helps alot. they're not listed so unless they pull them in guess theyll have to wait.
Here's a copy of the P-12 of who is currently in that unit as well.

The current unit is for 546 acres, so I would not be surprised to see a few more tracts added in order to bring it up to the 700 acre range. If you look at the platt, it would seem that the most likely candidates to be added would be that small triangle plot on the upper left corner and also those missing plots on the upper right side of the unit.

FYI - we are right next door to this unit as well. In the adjacent J.McCormick Survey (A-458) so it will be very interesting to see how this one shapes up.

FYI #2 - CHK also has a brand new well permitted directly below this Adams unit - Their Smith 1-H well in the Ben White survey.
Sounds good for you too D.G. When it comes in you and my wifes family will know pretty well what you have under you.
One of my unleased tracts is close to the mitchell trust well n.w. of timpson. I think it came in pretty strong so lets hope yours does too.
Completion report was filed for this well earlier in the week and, unfortunately, it looks like the numbers are pretty slim.

1.5 mmcfd, but no choke size reported.

Curious if anyone might have any word or rumours as to what might have gone wrong with this one?

Here's a link to the completion report filed at TRRC:

Although these results seem pretty dissappointing, Devon does seem to be still very actively leasing their loose ends in the survey's immediately surrounding this well and in that region of Shelby County in particular. That said, it would seem that regardless of these particular results, they must have seen something else in the drill logs that has them still interested in the area.
