absolutely. i would put a lot of money down, that your in the play. especially when messenger data is released.

Yours ought to be worth a ton if Messenger posts good numbers. Don't rush to lease. Let the value escalate. Patience is rewarded. Impatience is costly.

I have some property in North Natchitoches parish right on the Desoto Parish line. East side of I-49. Can someone tell me the section numbers and the north to west
coordinates? Any information would be helpful. I'm about 4 to 5 miles due North of the Messenger well. Thanks

Thanks for the replies yall. Brent... is your land near Ajax? I think Dolet Bayou separates the 2 parishes and that is where our land is also. msfva.......yes patience is best as we learned from the mistake 2 years back and I made a 6 acre booboo here in Bossier Parish just a year ago. I just hope it all works out in the long run.

With any luck, your "mistake" might expire. Next time around you can exhibit that patience. FYI... I just signed my lease for land in Southeastern DeSoto. I found that the hardest thing to do in this whole process was to sit for a couple of weeks and do nothing. Don't call landmen. Don't go trolling for dollars. Do nothing. Everytime I sat still (sometimes sleepless), prices would go up. I ended up getting far more (like 5 times more) than many of the people who signed too early.
