Hello Richard,
We are in T20-R15-S1. There hasn't been much activity accept a few low offers of about $6K per acre. We are currently getting land owners in T20-R15 & T20-R14 to group together so we can have several thousand acres to bargain with. Right now we have about 5000 acres verbally committed to grouping. The oil companies are not pursing our area unless you want to give you land away for $5-$8K per acre. If you are wanting to join or now other land owners in T20-R15 & T20-R14 that would like to join then you can send me your email and I will send you our non-binding letter of intent. We are not charging anything for this. There probably won't be any negotiating for a couple of months since the oil companies are primarily wanting to drill on the land they have already leased. They will be looking to lease more soon enough. Look forward to hearing from you.

Trey
