Timpson Prospects

Has anyone heard of any operators moving towards the Timpson area of Shelby County. I own minerals just south of town and currently under lease expiring soon. Has Devon been leasing or top leasing around there? I'm about ready to see a deep test around there and I know Devon is permitting some REALLY deep wells a few miles SE. Thanks a bunch!

I know that Devon has done some recent leasing the the Buena Vista area, and said they would be drilling in the next few months, but they could just be saying that!!
