please give more info on group. is it legally binding; who does negotiating; is there any cost; etc. we know nothing about advantages or disadvantages in belonging to a group.

it is very early..none of those decisions have been made...no attorney or negotiator appointed, no cost info...trying to get acreage and see how much interest there is.

Is there any new info on this group? Will it be going to an attorney for negotiations?

I had heard of a group charging 6%..not sure if this is worth it
