Earlene, hey neat map with colors. Looks like some big players are active in this area.
Thanks Les. Coming from you I take that as a big pat on the back. Yes, there is lots of activities going on. Seismic (Global), Pipelines (Hawk Services & TriState), Drilling (You know) lol. The Regency Elm Grove lateral across Bistineau looks completely laid thru 16N. Seems to me tho that all the lines are running into Gulf South. One operator is working on 2 more different locations, another operator is working on one more and then there is one operator that is in a bind trying to HBP 3 more sections, leases are expiring early 2010. Oh and pond building was suppose to start up, but I guess the weather has them held up. This is where I have to applaud CHK, they got their frac water from Bistineau. It will not be long b4 this area looks like Woodardville and from what I have been told by one operator they have a long term plan.......so it may look more like Elm Grove. I could say more, but better keep it close to the chest.

Any news on S33 16N 9W ? I have been contacted to lease a few acres in there, but don't know much about what might be going on.
Earlene,

The DNR site has applications to March 2, 2010. Look for "other years" click on 2010.
Your map will fill in some more. Thanks for the map, enjoy your comments.
Just noticed the date on your map. Must have missed it in September of last year. I thought you
had just posted it. Interested in what the "long term plan" might be. What do you know Earlene?
Owenson,
Yes, that is an old map. I haven't been on ghs posting lately. I do have an updated "updated" map that probably needs updating. What Earlene knows is that from all accounts, this is good area for the Haynesville. It is changing our landscape. The long term plan will differ by the different companies, as some can only HBP the units right now. However, we do have ExxonMobil taking over some of the area and that is where it is going to be the most interesting.

Note: XTO in blue will be XOM

Can you give me the web address for this well? I'd like to go directly to it. These old eyes have a hard time with small numbers. Thanks
J,
I am going to assume that you are asking about your Holt well. If so, then here is the link.

JT,
If you have driven around the western tip of Bienville, then you have seen all the survey tape. It kinda looks like someone threw up all over the place. lol As much tape the HK survey guys use, I might consider buying some stock in that company. But yes on your comment and I will add for those reading that you are talking about 16N 10W.

Earlene may not need any lunch from all the donuts :-D
How can I find out about Section 2 in 1610? Bienville Parish?
