We can help you, if you tell us the Section, Township, and Range.
The unit is located approximately 5 miles SW of Hallsville TX. It is 1.25 miles West of FM 450 and on the North and South sides of FM 968.
EnerVest Operating holds the lease. They have 15 producing wells thus far.

I don't know the first thing about Texas wells. Sorry. But maybe someone else who knows about Texas can jump in and help you.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
