The whole idea of this forum is to put on the table what is being offered!

cant compare or discuss bonuses,etc..... if people want others to be left in the dark....

well, if you put it that way....I apologize for striking out....
my daughter was offered $3000/ 20%....and her next door neighbor was offered $4000 / 25%.......just so happened they discussed what was
going on......
the O &G guys just loves it when people dont share data.

Ray, one important reason I don't want to post dollar amounts is this forum is most definately public. Some unscrupulous readers might think a sudden windfall means that cash could be available on the premises of an individuals home. It is not unlikely that those readers might venture out to take this imaginary cash from its owner with disastrous consequences.

In short, I wouldn't want to put family members at risk and I wouldn't want to make my deal go south due to prematurely stating what hasn't yet come to fruition.

I hope that made sense.

LOL. True. Very true. But I tend to worry about some of the looneys out there and we do live "rurally". I will keep my baseball bat by the door. grin

Ray what is the general area that these offers were made? T-R-S?
I am in T18-R15w-8. 9. 17, & 16. My lease expires in about 16 months.
