I have property in the same section as you. I haven't heard anything either, a neighbor on the next section to the north has been sent a map showing proposed locations on his.

Billy, there is no Haynesville Shale well permitted. It may take some time as it appears Samson is in control of your section.

Thanks Ellis , I had an offer from a company to buy 10% of my royalties just a month or so ago, I guess they were in the know. If the well in section 25 is Cotton Valley could any future wells in section 25 be Cotton Valley or Haynesville or both? Thanks
