I heard a bad story at the golf course today, 64 Development AKA Lonestar Land Development has missed payment deadlines and has failed to honor contracts. Looks like this may be the end of their Haynesville play? If anyone has had any dealings or has any information with this outfit or John Logue please feel free to reply

It seems like all of Bobby's reform laws have in actuality crippled the enforcement process, lol everybody resigned KB!
Checkmateking, If you have something to say then why don't you call me instead of telling people lies on this site. You have no idea what is going on and if your a man then you would stop telling people that you heard it on the golf course... The terms are not up as of yet! Thank you
So... What you're saying, is that you are going to pay?

Randy
John is correct when he states the terms are not up yet. I take John as a man of his word and feel certain he will be making good his agreement to pay the bonus money for all leases he and 64 Development are parties too.

If funding isn't provided when the extension of terms expire, then we will know for certain. Overall, this may be a blessing in disguise for the lands currently leased may be far more valuable in the future. i.e. Barnett shale.
Well Mr. Logue, If I am wrong about what I am saying, and this is a big if, I will apologize to you personally and on this site in bold print. I am not talking about any rumours I heard on the golf course, I am talking about facts straight from the horses mouth. I have defended you before on this very website and have always given you the benefit of the doubt, but now my doubts outweigh the benefit of your support. I sure as hell hope I am wrong on this one, nothing would make me happier. As soon as everyone gets paid, I will tout you from here to sundown and beg everyone to sign with you ASAP.
