Jack Blake has a couple questions...........
1. Jack leased to CHK, but SWEPI drilled the well. Who will send Jack the division order?
2. Jack does not have anything in his lease about how long between when the gas is produced and when he will get paid royalties. Is their a "standard" time they will pay royalties by? Is it different for each company?
Since it is not specified in Jack's lease, how long can they hold Jack's royalties before paying him?
Please be as thorough as you can in your answer as Jack was dropped on his head as a small boy and it takes thorough explanations for him cypher things out.
Humongous royalty checks for all was the rallying cry of the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took 5+ months for our checks to start. I called and called and just got the runaround.
