Good stuff
Hey, Austin. Good to see you are still around!
This should make some of you folks down in Sabine Co. happy. Will be nice to have this CHK well help prove up some of the HA/BO formations for your region.
Yes, but they need to move just a teeny bit further south (like 15 miles) to have any impact on me so I am just helping the North County people be happy, LOL!
I'm still around here and there. Thanks for keeping everyone posted jffree
O.K....I am in Sabine Parish. Where would this location be in proximity to the Hall well. Thanking you in advance.
Just under 5 miles NW of Hall #1.
Went to location today. No pad, but while I was there an 18 wheeler with a large trackhoe came in and went down a newer looking road and unloaded. Driver would'nt tell me anything except that the company did oilfield work. Nothing but timberland there. Has to be the start of the pad.
Great news. Thanks Frank and jffree1 for all the mileage and info.
Revisited the plat on gis and not sure now. It shows surface location on north side of FR 121. Road & truck was on south side about 100 yds. west of existing rig road shown on plat. Did drive in " existing rig road" to old buffco pad on N. side (about 150 Yds.) & there was a fresh survey stake marked GPS. Sorry for the confusion, but could be the equipment was not for pad. Time will tell & I'll go back in couple weeks.
Trinidad rig 128 spud the CHK- Hezikiah #1H, 403-30456, on 6-20-10.
Thank goodness. A capable operator who will shout it from the public relations mountaintops if things go well. That's what we need. I know they identified Haynesville but do you think this will complete in the Bossier?
