Hi new to the site. I was contacted by a land man wanting to buy my Oil & Gas Royalties in Shelby County.  I know my Dad kept some from when he sold some land there back in the 50's. I know where the land is but that's all I know. Does anyone know a good Royalty Lawyer in Center TX that can search this or can I do any search's on my on.

And another one from here!
Thanks Lorissa, I assume you meant another one meaning Eric. I am waiting to hear from him now.
Yes, I did mean Eric. He did a great job.....he explained the process (leasing for me) and worked with the company and the landman. I hope all your business brings great fortune!
OK, got one problem solved. Had a "land man" confirm I hold "non-participating" royalties in the "Thomas Haley Survey". I know there is there (3) wells on that survey, the Mary Harris 1, the Mary Harris 2 and the Micheal Baldwin. Looks like "Nobel' has all 3 wells. No one from "Nobel" has contacted me about these "royalties". What or should I do now. Is there anyone I should contact about this to get the ball rolling.
Thanks

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
