How often are workover rigs used on HS wells?

Electro, what type of rig would be used to run the production tubing as many operators install 3-4 months after initial production?
The well has been drilled and the rig is gone. No activity until a workover rig was moved in and has been operating for almost a week. The well has not been frac'ed and the pipeline is not in place. Any ideas on what they are doing?

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
