Haven't seen anything on the Butler/Rooney unit lately. Any news on this one?

Thanks! I've been following these posts for the past couple years but am still not entirely clear on how this all works. My family has minerals in SanAug that were leased to XH (XTO) that, according to a survey map provided by another O&G company's landman, are within the Butler Rooney unit based on the 703 acre plat map, but we are not listed on the unit designation. Curative title work is underway regarding 1/2 of the minerals for verification of heirship, but the other 1/2 is undisputed. These are minerals acquired by my great-grandfather in the late 20's, early 30's. We also have minerals in the adjacent Scorpions unit which were leased to another O&G company and, I believe, these leases were then acquired by XTO. My uncle and brother are listed on the P12 for Scorpions, but not the rest of us, and my uncle actually sold his minerals (one of those drafts in the mail offers!). Not having much luck getting clarifications from the landman and others involved in curative title work. Do you have any suggestions?
The Scorpions Unit has not been drilled. I don't know that a Unit Designation has been filed in the county yet (I doubt it) and if it has it is always subject to change. They will get it worked out, eventually.

The UD I posted for the Butler Rooney well was filed in May. There could be an amended UD on file by now but I haven't looked. If you are local you can go to the County Clerks Office and research Unit Designations for the two wells.
The acreage on the plat does not add up to 703 acres. Anyone know why?
Did you add all the acreage listed under "Additional Tract Data" (bottom right corner) to the acreages shown on the plat tracts?
As of aug 5 this well is not hooked up to a`pipeline. A 3-tank battery is in place, but the lonely pipe is sticking up waiting to be connected. So, nobody can be sure of how good this well is until they can flow the gas. I hope it's 50mmcf+!
Thanks for looking!
Still no definite numbers on the Butler/Rooney???
word is it will be online around oct 5-6,and are on schedule.
50 mmcf+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Colton, is this confirmed?
