OK, CHK landman is telling me that there is a Haynesville well drilled in N. Shelby County, but he does not know if it is producing. Can anyone verify anything about this well please?

A producing well..... I want one!!!
Cabot shows three permits on one of my family surveys really close to Forbis McKinney 3 and all are shown to be planned as horizontal wells @12k feet.
Devon has several adjacent to other producing wells permitted locations on other surveys and Southwestern has one (should be drilling?) permitted location from back in April on another one, but as of yet nothing has happened.
We have leased additonal acreage during the first part of October (from a company who wishes us not to disclose their name) in these same areas. I keep hearing that all leasing has stopped but we still have Landmen contacting us. Is this a rare thing or are others in Shelby, San Augustine, Rusk and Panola counties or are others in these areas still being contacted????

I am going crazy trying to figure out the how, when, why, and where that all of this happens out there. Thanks for the updates from everyone.... any and all input helps those of us in the same boat as I am.
I haven't had contact in about 2 months :(
Yes, I check that every week and nothing has been reported yet.
The RR Comm. website seems to be really behind on some of their data. I located the two wells above but nothing was reported as far as flow data. I'm not sure what and when data is supposed to show up on there. One of the wells was permitted in Nov. 2007 and the ETDR is now reporting on it's completion so that gives me an idea of how long it might take for a well to be drilled.
Shelby County is looking pretty hot:

Shelby County

The McSwain Well No. 6 bottoms at 12,460 feet nine miles southwest of Center in the Stockman Field. This well was drilled by Devon Energy. On adjustable choke, it potentialed 5.400 million cf of gas in the Cotton Valley formation.

On 64/64-inch choke, the Weaver Well No. 1 potentialed 10.072 million cf of gas. This well was completed 11.2 miles southwest of Center in the Angie Field by Cabot Oil & Gas. Total depth is 13,269 feet. Production is in the James Lime formation.

Devon Energy completed the Case Well No. 3 in the Stockman Field to 12,430 feet. Location is 10.8 miles southwest of Center. This well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 11.559 million cf of gas in the Cotton Valley formation.
Yea!
Carter, thanks for the info on the Lane GU #1H. I have a couple of interests very close to that well and am very curious to see how it turns out.
Does anyone happen to have any news on Petrohawk's horizontal wells just west of Tenaha (Lane GU #1H and Bowers GU #1H) or NFR's vertical well in far western Shelby County (Mitchell Trust 1A). I drove by all three locations two weeks ago and rigs were running at all three.
I too am curious about the NFR well. If you hear anything let me know too.
Lane was drilled vertically, cored and awaiting the bigger rig that is currently drilling the Bowers to finish and move on to the Lane to drill horizontally. Lane had some trouble while drilling vertically. Mud and deviation. The bigger Nabors rig should handle everything OK. Since those wells are so close together I would expect similar results.
the mitchel trust is finished drilling and there are a bunch of frac tanks there.
Mark and Gone Fishin, thanks for the information. I got more information than I expected. I presume that there are quite a few folks interested in these wells.
