Working No. Sabine...any one else heard from them?
Kin
I got a letter from this outfit and threw it in file 13. I would have to be crazy to do this i think although there are some people who would do this. I have land in S33, T10N, R11W. I have been trying to find out if the rig has moved in but the is no word on the net. If you know anything about this please let me know. This is permit # 241087
Koda, one moved in a couple days ago about two miles west of Pleasant Hill on the highway. May be the one your talking about.
Ken this one is south of Pleasant Hill toward Many.
There are several people that post on here that live over that way, you should get a answer soon.
Koda, a rig is moving on the SWEPI-Sandra Bryan -33- #1 in 33/10/11 about a mile south of the 175/174 intersection on Hwy 175.
You did not say what they were offering. Even if we're not selling, that is "nice-to-know" information. It may provide a base line for area and price/value.
The best I could tell it was $1500.00 P/A for half interest.
JB that sounds like a pretty shi*ty base line to me.
jffree thanks for the info. I will have to drive over there and see that.

Ken that is what i understand they want to give. If they would make that $1,500,000.00P/A it might be worth thinking about. Six to eight well's per section over a 20 to 30 years and gas prices going up could make this insteresting.
Koda,
Did you just say one and one half million per acre? And that may make it worth thinking about?
Wow. I certainly do not encourage anyone to sell minerals, but that is ridiculous.
What if you are leading other people to think that their minerals are worth that much?
That would be VERY BAD ADVICE.
Actually it would be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
6 to 8 wells per section, or 50 wells per section. $1,500,000 per acre is stupid.
Probably just a facetious statement.
