Petrohawk sold some of its pipeline assetts to Kinder Morgan and thats the name of it now. As far as dealing with them, I have had none.

What towns are you near?
What kind of P/L ( transmission trunkline or pipeline from well pad to trunkline)?
People on here may be able to tell you what they have recieved in that area.
You have to push them, but if you push way to hard they'll go around you.
I've done three different row deals this year and could give you some advise based on my successes/ lost opportunities.

NJ, just for further information - Kinderhawk is a 50/50 Petrohawk & Kinder Morgan JV that owns a gas gathering system in Louisiana primarily for Haynesville Shale production. See the attached for additional information.

Thanks everyone for the information but the pipeline route has apparently been changed and will not cross my property after all. Just for information my property is in S30 T9N R13W.
