GoRicky, the Hall IP was 1.038 MMcfd and has been on line to the new pipeline since early October. Barrett was not being drilled as of a couple of weeks ago. With the surplus situation and prices tanking, don't think there is going to be much activity in the near future.

GoRicky, The Hall well has been reported with an IP of 1.038 MMcfd on 16/64 choke. The FTP was 864#. The Barrett has not been drilled yet.

My family owns some land just outside of Brookeland (2.7 miles ESE) with an old site which was in the Brookeland Fielld (Austin Chalk, 8800). Site was opened by United back in 92 and closed up 2000 or about that time. Landman for Endeavor has approached us about reopening site. We are not OIl and Gas people and our fairly is removed from the site. Does anyone know about this location survey ( M.Cummings A-11) About its location as it relates to any stations or recent activity in the area? Landman says they are only seeking a couple wells in the area at the moment, this one and the old Ferguson heirs site? Any data for this area or lease info would be helpful.

That's great news, Terry.  Can you share more details?  It would be helpful to know who is leasing and what terms they are offering.  That is Austin Chalk territory so when you say you signed an OIL lease, it makes me think the AC is their target.  Can you add anything to that idea?

Ron Jon, this land was bought (or leased and later purchased) over a year ago and is the location of the tie in of the new Tenaska pipeline to Gulf South Transmission line and processing plant just off Hwy.21.

Yeah, I caught that after the fact. Likely compression, but I was theorizing...if Endeavor holds a significant O&G position in this area they might buy an area that large to drill several wells from.

It's a 125 gallon per minute Amine plant with a glycol contactor. The unit is used to take H2S, CO2 and Water out of the gas and the plant equipment is being leased by Tenaska. There is a possibility that Tenaska will build a permanent plant there before the lease is up on the 125 GPM plant.

David, do you know what they plan to do with the 5 acre site they purchased a bit farther north? It has it's own discussion but don't know if you saw it.

Most likely a smaller Amine/Glycol plant. I just finished my part of a temporary 250 GPM Amine/Glycol plant near Carthage on a large site and Tenaska plans to build 2 permanent plants on the same location.

 

We are scheduled to do a 70 GPM Amine/Glycol plant near Nacogdoches Tx in a few weeks and I bet the 5 acre tract you talk about will be for a Amine/Glycol plant in the same size range. This is just a guess though, I'm only privy to locations once the contracts are let and the company I work for is awarded the erection contract from the unit owner (who leases the plants to Tenaska.
