Unless the unit has been amended since last summer it is 703 acres.

just curious xto man mentioned they added 200+- acres to unit, could that be why we havent seen any division orders yet......?
Could be.  You would need to look in the county records for a new or amended Unit Designation.  But he could have been talking about when they went from 490.5 acres to 703.3 acres.  That would be an addition of 212.8 acres.
Thanks jffreel1. I knew it was producing, the numbers is what I meant to ask about. One of those cases when the brain is thinking one thing and the fingers are typing something else and then I didn't check :-) thanks again for the info
You're welcome.

how long has the mary ward A-305 been producing or has it. and also any updates on the one close to that, i think holloway on fountains property. it's not finished yet but i own land on the mary ward 305 & hadn't heard anything...

Owens #1H has a little of A-305 (south) and it has been producing since last June.  The rest of the survey is in the Ward Shale Unit which hasn't been drilled yet. I think the well you are thinking of is the Phillips SU #1H which is drilling from a location on the Mary Ward Survey but it will be producing from the Phillips Survey, A-506 which is north of Ward.

we were contacted by exco the other day regarding a second well in the unit. has anyone heard any rumors on that.they surveyed over the weekend and marked everything.why would xto drill the first and then exco the second, does that make any sense.
