The development has reached Pope County, so I'm intested in the new leases. Southwest in the big dog at three times the involvement of Chesapeake. A major pipeline is being built move the gas out to the area.

What are the offers?

I heard of leases in that area for $400 and $800. The person that got $800 stated "got a pretty good deal compared to everyone else". Royalties are 20%. No one has heard of anyone getting more than that for royalties. Also the people I talked to have not heard anything about groups being formed. Hope this helps.
