The application is for multiple drilling & production units (not wells as such). The state places no time frame requirement on the drilling of a unit. The unit order is good indefinitely and the operator may choose to drill in the future at their leisure. Hunt Oil will decide when and if they will drill a well or farm out some of their development rights. I can't check for any existing production so it's possible that the determining factor is the length of existing leases.
