I am a Land Owner in Pleasant Hill, la. If you could give me a summary of the meeting that would be great. I live in Florida and can not attend. thank You, Jim edwards
mr edwards you can call chuck soileau law office in many,La at 318/256/0076 he is an attorney and is involved in these meetings would be glad to talk with you.
Jim are u in section 10/11 or 9/11? that will determine who will pay the most and what company
Thank You for the info. I had a call from Audubon today by phone offering $10,000 an acre. Do you know the location of the well in Pleasant Hill, La and the one in Belmont, La? Thank You, Jim edwards
the well in pleasant hill is on the corner of hwy 174 and old pleasant hill rd. west of town on the jhonny murray place. the one in belmont has nothing to do with the haynesville shale it is shallow production only.
I would like to say the olympia drilled well by shell in the big woods three miles n/w of belmont was not shallow. someone is starting a well in belmont that will not go that deep. the olympia well by shell on boise cascade property is the reason the interest has increased. it is certainly a shale play ! shell/encanna hastwo rigs drilling now in sabine.
i am familiar with the well in the big woods i consider it to be more in the zwolle area. the shallow well is in belmont i thought that was the one mr edwards was talking about sorry. i talked with somone with conservation dept a couple of days ago the big woods well drilled by shell has some ploblems with some plugs being in the well it is possible it will have to redrilled. if so that says something about the production rate because that would be another 4-8-mil for one well!
Is the meeting still on? What information do we need to bring... last offer, township & section? Who will be there (O & G)?
i think it is just a meeting to help people understand a little more about how this all works. most of the large land owners in n sabine are already leased up most for $100.00per acre. a financial planner will be at the meeting who is also a geologist.
Thanks "harley 1", I will be there.
