North Caddo Parish Leasing

HI, just wanted to see if anyone heard anything about north caddo parish & leases? I live in Vivian & was at the post office the other day and heard some very interesting information. A letter carrier at the post office said that letters were beginning to circulate again from the gas companys and leasing properties. I tend to believe what he was saying as the letter carries deliver this information to the people & know what those envelopes contain. Also, i was told that the mother load of gas was between Oil City & Vivian. Anyone care to comment on these subjects or have any information they would like to share.

Twin Cities has mailed letters to many of us in the Blanchard area. I immediately threw mine in the garbage after hearing from one of my neighbors that the new offer is $2500 an acre. This afternoon I received a telephone call from Cody White of Twin Cities wanting to offer us a lease. I told him that I would not be leasing with anyone until the prices come up. He told me that the $2500 was just the initial offering. He then went on to ask me what price I had in mind. I told him to contact me after the first of the year. I think we all need to sit tight. As many of you have said, the gas isn't going anywhere.
Anyone in the area have anything to add?
