You can find it here.  The link takes you to the entire show so fast forward to around 18:13 to hear the natural gas segment.

I don't know about there being a 2 acre drill site per well. Near my house on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington there is a two acre drill site where 21 wells had been drilled the last time I checked, and Carrizo says they intend to drill more from that site. There is a similar site near my house on the Lake Arlington Golf Course where several wells have been drilled. A lot of the Haynesville wells drilled so far were to HBP leases. When more wells are drilled on those leases it is likely that many wells will be drilled from the same site.

If there is any landman or company out there that would like to put wells (Oil or Gas) on my property, please contact me.  I have no house, barn or anything on my land  and do not have a problem with the way the property is being left in the areas near my property.....All areas (near my property) seem to be left with little, if not any,

 damage.....Drill, Baby, Drill.

Great post....thanks.
WoW!! This is a good report on Natural Gas.  My question is: Why was  East Texas never mentioned  in the segment on the Haynesville Shale?  Have the companies pulled out as far as Natural Gas is concerned?  Could they possibly be looking for something else in the Haynesville Shale?

Can't get the photo to post, but take a look at the area west of Beckville, TX, adjacent to Martin Lake. You can see active mining pits (grey), newly relcaimined areas near the pits (browns, grey, and green) then the darker green and grey areas to the north that are 15-20 year old pine plantation and hardwood stands, as well as the oil and gas well sites in the area. Or take a look at the area around Dew, TX. Anyway, I'm not trying to say one is better or worse than the other, just that when you compare coal mining to gas well sites, you need to look at all the drill sites vs the coal mining, not just a handful of sites you are familar with againist a much larger strip mine site. Its all about the cumulative impact.
