Get a good lawyer on this one! You want a good one that will look after you as a land owner.
Not a cheep peace of meat on the table. We have 10+ ac in the 9-11 Sec 32 in Sabine parish.
The law man with Cook and Yancy is getting us not only the top $ but the inside skinny on t9-r11 sites.
Things are not the Doom and Gloom that CHK is painting. So get a lawyer on your side on this one.
The cost is well worth the time, headache and they are worth every dollar spent on them. They will
pay for them selve in the long and short run!
